Billi-Jo Bathgate

Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology

I am a Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology, with postgraduate training in applied psychology and experience providing evidence-based psychological support to adults.

I take an individualised approach to therapy, recognising that no two people experience difficulties in exactly the same way. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate and collaborative space where you can understand yourself better and work towards meaningful change.

My approach

Therapy that meets you where you are

There is no single right way to do therapy. What matters most is that the approach fits you — your personality, your pace, and your goals.

Evidence-based

Every method I use is grounded in research and clinical evidence, so you can trust that what we're doing has a strong foundation.

Collaborative

Therapy works best as a partnership. I'll bring expertise and structure; you bring your experience and insight. Together we find the way forward.

Compassionate

There is no judgement here. Whatever you bring to the room — however difficult or complex — will be met with warmth and genuine care.
