How I can help
Therapy tailored to you
Every person's experience is unique. I offer a range of evidence-based approaches, adapted to suit your individual needs and goals.
A space to be heard
Therapy is not about being told what to do or how to feel. It is a collaborative process — a space where you can explore what's troubling you, understand it more clearly, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and will work with you to find what fits best.
Areas of support
What I work with
Anxiety, Stress & Low Mood
When worry, anxiety, low mood or stress begin to affect your everyday life, it can be difficult to know where to start. Therapy can help you understand what you're experiencing, develop practical ways of coping, and move towards feeling more in control.
Self-Esteem & Self-Compassion
The way we relate to ourselves can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing. Therapy can help you understand patterns of self-criticism, build confidence and self-esteem, and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Life Changes
Periods of change, loss, uncertainty or difficulty can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Therapy provides a supportive space to make sense of what you're experiencing, explore what matters to you, and find ways forward.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Obsessive compulsive disorder can be exhausting and isolating, often misunderstood by those around us. Therapy can help you understand the cycle of obsessions and compulsions, reduce their hold on your daily life, and develop more helpful ways of responding.
Health Anxiety
Persistent worry about your health or the health of those close to you can take over your thoughts and affect how you live. Therapy can help you understand what is driving the anxiety, break unhelpful patterns of reassurance-seeking, and feel more at ease in your body and mind.
Phobias
Phobias can feel overwhelming and may lead to avoiding situations that others take for granted. Therapy offers a gentle, structured approach to understanding your fear, gradually reducing its impact, and helping you feel more free to engage with your life.
My approach
Evidence-based therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Explores the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Practical and structured, with tools you can use beyond the therapy room.
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Develops self-compassion and helps reduce shame and self-criticism. Particularly helpful when inner harshness is a central part of the difficulty.
Person-Centred Therapy
Rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Provides a warm, non-judgemental space to explore and understand your experience.
